Hi, I used BW film from 1966 and when I switched to digital a few years ago started setting the camera for BW at the time of shooting some subjects, I took some seascapes accidentally in colour and then switched the camera to BW, on returning home and checking the results I was pleased with the BW but the few colour ones I took were stunning, from that time onwards I do the same as you and shoot everything in Colour and then convert if the subject suits it.That was a long explanation for something I could have said in four words, oh well it is still early here. I shoot in colour and convert to bw and sometimes, with the right shot, it is such a delight to see the image in its form and shape and contrast.
